Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer and have submitted a complaint regarding a contract concluded via this site, but we have not been able to resolve the issue through our customer service, we will provide you with information on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (known as ADR/ODR bodies) for an out-of-court solution.

In accordance with Articles 141-bis and following of the Consumer Code, we will inform you whether we use such bodies to resolve the dispute or not.

If you would like information on how to join the European ODR Platform for alternative dispute resolution for issues arising from purchases made on our site, or if you wish to initiate a new alternative resolution process through the European ODR Platform, you can access the following link: European ODR Platform.

Through the platform, you can consult the list of activated bodies, find the link to their website, and learn how to initiate an online dispute resolution process in which you are involved.

Regardless of the outcome of the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure, you always have the right to go to the ordinary court or, if the requirements are met, to initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution process concerning consumer relationships, according to the rules established in Part V, Title II-bis of the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
