Access over 50,000 pickup points across Italy including newsstands, tobacco shops, post offices, UPS points and many more.

Pickup time: 7-9 working days
How It Works
- Select your nearest pickup point during checkout
- Receive 1st tracking code via email (indicates when product arrives at our warehouse)
- Receive 2nd tracking code via email (indicates when product arrives at pickup point)
- Collect your package by presenting just your order number at selected point
Storage Time
- Package will be stored for 10 working days from availability date
Products Excluded from Pickup Points
- Gaming chairs (due to size and weight)
- Smart TVs (due to fragility and size)
- Orders over 30kg (total product weight)
During checkout, the system will automatically detect if selected products exceed these thresholds and disable the pickup point option.
