Shipment
We offer two shipping options:
- Home delivery – Arrival in 4-7 working days.
- Delivery to a pick-up point – Arrival in 7-9 working days. (Learn more).
Additionally, once you click on the product, you will be able to see the expected delivery days in real time.
Shipping Costs
- 6.90€ for home delivery; (free for orders over 99€).
- 9.90€, for delivery to a pick-up point.
Carriers Used
We entrust our shipments to reliable carriers such as GLS, UPS, and DHL, ensuring timely and secure service. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The public holidays in Italy, during which no shipments are made, are as follows:
- January 1 – New Year's Day
- January 6 – Epiphany
- Pasqua and Easter Monday
- April 25 – Liberation Day
- May 1 – Labour Day
- August 15 – Ferragosto
- November 1 – All Saints' Day
- December 8 – Immaculate Conception
- December 25 – Christmas
- December 26 – St. Stephen's Day
Order Modification and Tracking
Once the purchase is made, you will receive the tracking code via email within 2-3 working days, where you can track the entire progress of the shipment in real time.
If the order has not been processed yet, you can request a modification by sending an email to shipment@taomark.com.
