TaoMark offers a selection of exclusive products, which can be purchased directly through our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service offered on our website at any time without notice.

4. Prices and Payments

The prices of the products are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices may be subject to change without notice. The prices listed do not include shipping costs, which will be charged separately, as specified at the time of payment.

Accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Cryptocurrencies via Lunu Pay.
• Cash (at physical points of sale, if available).
• Mooney, our digital payment system.
• Klarna for installment payments (depending on availability in your country).
• Revolut Pay, allowing payments directly from your Revolut account.
• PayPal, one of the most secure and widely used online payment methods.
• Google Pay and Apple Pay, for fast and secure payments via mobile devices.

5. Shipping

We offer shipping throughout Europe. Delivery time ranges from 4 to 7 working days. Standard shipping costs are 6.90 euros for orders under 99 euros. Orders over 99 euros benefit from free shipping. Any customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day free return policy from the purchase date. Returns must be made in the original condition of the product, and return shipping costs are covered by TaoMark. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the receipt of the return.

7. Warranty

All products sold by TaoMark are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective products but does not cover damages caused by misuse or accidental damage.

8. User Account

To purchase our products, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect that someone else is using your account without authorization, you must immediately notify TaoMark.
