If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for free within 30 days with shipping costs covered by us.
How to Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Click here to request a return and choose the nearest drop-off point.
- After your request, you'll receive an email asking you to upload photos or videos documenting the product issue.
- Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a label to print and attach to the package.
- Prepare the items (in their original packaging) using either the original shipping box or recycled packaging.
- Visit your selected drop-off point to deliver the package. Bring your return code and order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Used or opened beauty products (e.g., makeup, creams, perfumes)
Valid Reasons for Returns
We accept returns in these cases:
- Product packaging is damaged
- Product doesn't match the description
- Product is defective or incorrect
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method:
• PayPal Payments
Amount will be refunded directly to your PayPal account.
• Credit/Debit Card Payments
Amount will be refunded directly to your card account.
• Google Pay/Apple Pay
Amount will be refunded to the card linked to your digital wallet.
• Klarna Payments
Amount will be refunded through your Klarna account.
• Cash Payments
Refunds will always be issued via bank transfer or as a credit on the platform.
• Cryptocurrency Payments
You'll receive the equivalent value in the original cryptocurrency.
Example: If you paid €100 in BTC equivalent to 0.004 BTC and at return time €100 equals 0.006 BTC, you'll receive 0.006 BTC.
