All products purchased on TaoMark are new, original, and covered by a 2-year legal warranty as required by current regulations.
How does the warranty work?
The warranty covers any conformity defects that appear within 24 months from the date of purchase. If your product has a defect covered by the warranty, you can request a free repair, replacement, or – if not possible – a partial or full refund.
How to claim the warranty?
- Keep the proof of purchase: The invoice or receipt is essential to benefit from the warranty.
- Contact customer support: Send a request through our support form or write to our dedicated email explaining the issue and attaching any photos or videos.
- Send the product: If required, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
- Wait for verification: Our team will examine the product and proceed with repair, replacement, or refund.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper use or unauthorized tampering
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid infiltration)
